At AC Youth Foundation, we are passionate about creating pathways to success for youth from minority and low-income backgrounds. Our non-profit organization is dedicated to providing the tools and resources necessary for these young individuals to build a brighter future filled with opportunities and fulfillment.

Founded on the belief that every child deserves access to the resources needed for personal and academic growth. AC Youth Foundation is committed to bridging the gap for underserved youth. We strive to break down barriers and provide equitable opportunities for all young people, regardless of their socioeconomic status or background.

Youth Diversion & Mentorship
We provide guided support for youth involved in minor offences through individualized corrective plans, counseling, mentorship, and family support to help them build positive futures.
Mental Health Counseling & Advocacy
We offer counseling and personalized advocacy for youth and community members facing emotional, behavioral, or family challenges, promoting healing and resilience.
Basic Needs & Community Support
We help relieve poverty by providing food, school supplies, and essential everyday resources to low-income youth and families in need.

ABOUT US!
Tribute to Alister Chisholm!
Alister Chisholm was taken from us suddenly and tragically at the age of 32, leaving behind a legacy of passion, dedication, and an unfulfilled dream to uplift and empower youth. In remembrance of Alister and the work he was unable to complete, the AC Youth Foundation was established to continue his mission.
A Stellar Athletic Journey
Alister’s basketball career began at Sandalwood Heights Secondary School in Brampton, where he quickly rose to prominence as one of the region’s top players. His exceptional skills earned him a spot in the Peel All-Star game, and he achieved a remarkable feat by scoring 50 points in a single game during his senior year.
Alister’s talent took him to Hagerstown Community College in Maryland, where he played under Coach Barry Brown. He distinguished himself as a two-time Maryland Juco Champion and led the conference in steals per game.
From 2013 to 2015, Alister continued his basketball career at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi, playing for Coach Jim Boone. He helped his team reach the Sweet 16 and played 59 games over two seasons.
Carrying Forward Alister’s Legacy
To honor Alister’s memory and carry forward his dream, the AC Youth Foundation was established. Our mission is to provide the resources, support, and opportunities that Alister wanted to offer. Through our programs, we aim to empower youth both nationwide and globally.
